when the player is   on server  use   -amx_banip "nick" ip 0 reason      

amx_banip "nick"  "steamid" 0 reason

when the player left the server  use   amx_addban "nick" ip 0 reason  or amx_addban "nick" "steamid" 0 reason    without  time like 99999    use  only  0  and  at proof  we want  to see  the print screen what proofing   the refuzing  or  the moment  when player left the server
