I see you can not be activ on teamspeak so I don't understand why you are  still making the request if you don't meet the conditions. 

If you will solve this problem, you need to know that we have some new conditions like you will not be able to ban players by asking them for the screenshoots. You will only ban players by having a concludent demo. 

And more that we can talk about in case your request will be accepted.
