CS 1.6 Spray Control — Complete Guide 🏆

AK-47 spray pattern:
Pull down after the 3rd bullet, then slightly left. The AK has a distinctive upward-left pull. Compensate early.

M4A1 spray pattern:
Similar but more predictable. Pull straight down for the first 5-6 bullets then control the spread.

Practice method:

Find an empty server or use sv_cheats 1 in LAN

Stand 10 meters from a wall

Fire full magazine, watch the holes

Repeat until the pattern looks tight

Tip: Don't try to memorise the pattern visually — your hands learn it through muscle memory. 100 sprays a day for 2 weeks and you'll have it. 👍

Excellent guide. The muscle memory point is crucial — people try to think about it and that's exactly wrong. You need to stop thinking and just react. 💯 The AK spray is so satisfying once it clicks.

Can you add something about the deagle? The deagle spray (if you can call it that) is its own thing — the reset time, the crosshair bloom... it's an art form 😄

Can you add something about the deagle?

Deagle gets its own guide 😄 The short version: tap only, wait for crosshair to fully reset (about 0.5s), one shot at a time at range. Up close you can double-tap but mostly it's a discipline weapon. I'll do a separate post on pistols!
