Hi, I created an account for my friend but the verification email isn't arriving. We've checked spam/junk and nothing is there. His email is a Hotmail address. Is there an issue with email delivery? 🤔

Hi! We've had reports of Hotmail/Outlook sometimes silently blocking our emails. Please ask your friend to:

Add no-reply@esagames.ro to safe senders

Check the Junk folder specifically on outlook.com web (not just the app)

Wait 30 mins — sometimes there's a delay

If it still doesn't arrive, DM me the username and I'll manually verify the account. 🙂

It arrived after about 45 minutes! The outlook web junk folder had it. Thanks so much 😄 Account is now verified!
